Signature Wine Down Dinner is an extension of my Grandpa Oddo's Sunday
table. It rarely had less than 20 people, most times more. A hodge-podge
of family, friends, and passersby with a knack for good timing, all enjoying
good food and camaraderie at a common table. Signature's approach is to
theme a 5-course meal with wines to match and offer it in the same spirit
of Papa Oddo. We sit at a common table and eat what is placed on it. After
the second glass of wine, the room dynamics are equal to the meal. Our
featured chefs having complete freedom of menu often produce cutting-edge
culinary delights. Wine Down Dinners have been offered for the past
11 years and many of our long time diners have enjoyed culinary adventures
years before they became trends and fashionable. The dinners have always
been interesting and of good value and often much more.

This dinner will celebrate the style and heritage of Spain's greatest
artists as a tribute to the 40th Anniversary of the Osceola Art Festival.
