Signature Retail Wine Service
 
     Signature's wine program stems from the large number of wine related catering events we have become noted for. These selected wines are not the usual wine shop variety. They are moderate in price and usually are not readily available at most retail wine outlets. We offer them for retail sale generally in three ways:

1. Visit our Signature Wines page for monthly specials.

2. Visit our commissary and select from our wine racks.

3. Arrange an in-home tasting for you and some friends, a relaxed and enjoyable way to restock your cabinet

Signature Catering
 
     Signature by the Lake is primarily a catering company.  We have been providing a personalized food service to the Central Florida community for the past 14 years. During the past 6 years, Signature has become very active in corporate parties and event planning. Our long time relationship with the Central Florida Chefs' Association provides us with an impressive list of chefs available to satisfy the needs for today's themed parties.
Unique off-premise locations serviced with "Modine", our 28-foot mobile kitchen.  See our "Photos" page for examples of some past parties.
