Coppola Tempranillo
Diamond Tasting Notes: An enticing richly hued, deep ruby red wine gave way to initial bright cherry overtones followed by an freshly plowed earthy quality. Evenly balanced. An interesting interplay between dark fruit, hints of vanilla, and appealing astringency led to a suggestion of smoke and a beautifully,
and moderately long finish. The Coppola 2007 Tempranillo is an amazingly good wine.

Coppola Pinot Noir
Noir include early morning crush and a cold soak period to stabilize color. The Monterey vineyards where the grapes for our Silver Label Pinot Noir are grown offer ideal sun exposure that ensures ripe fruit for us to make a rich and complex wine.
Winemaker Notes - Aside from the fact Pinot Noir has a delicate nature and is therefore tricky to work with, we are careful to extract as much color as possible from the grape.

Coppola Malbec
While working on a film in Argentina, Coppola discovered the allure of Malbec, which is a wine seldom bottled as a single-varietal in the U.S. Winemaker Corey Beck agreed that it would make for a wonderful addition to the Diamond Collection. Similar to Cabernet, Malbec exudes rich, dark fruits, currants, and cassis, but an inherent note of minerals and spice is what makes this wine distinctive and delicious.
